Bottom Line

Across 13^th Street from the very striking new building of the New School for Social Research and not far from Union Square and Strand Books, this building has a doorman and large apartments.

Description

The building has spacious apartments with large entertaining space in a good Greenwich Village location.  It has a handsome base with a tapering glass top and some terraces and balconies.

The red-brick façade of the base has some rustication.

The building has a 24-hour doorman, a garage, a gym, bicycle storage and personal storage.

Apartments

The penthouse is a four-bedroom triplex with 5,704 square feet and a 906-square-foot terrace.  The 10^th floor has a large living room with a fireplace, a large terrace, a large dining room next to a large kitchen with an angled wall and an island.  There are three bedrooms on the 11th floor and an angled bedroom and a large family room and a large terrace on the 12th floor.

Residence9 is a duplex with 4,848 square feet and a 1,760-square-foot terrace.  The 9^th floor has a large entry foyer that leads to a living room that opens onto a L-shaped terrace and is also next to a large sitting room with a fireplace and a dining room with a large open kitchen with an island and the rear of the floor is a very large, curved terrace.  The 8th floor has four bedrooms.
