The white-brick building, which has have ground-floor retail space, was developed by the Dweck Group of which Robert J. Dweck is an officer.

It has been designed by Rawlings Architects, whose other projects include the Dance Building in Chelsea.

The midblock building has an entrance marquee, some corner windows, some balconies and a setback at the 8th floor.
