LED lights boxes were installed above the couch to shine on art pieces. All the closets were outfitted by California Closets with hidden doors that match the paint color with storage above. This apartment has more closets than any other the other one bed lines in the building: Two huge walk-in closets, and three double hung closets with drawers! The Junior One bedroom has a separate home office space which could also serve as a vanity space, a dressing area, converted to another closet, or add a washer/ dryer with board approval.

More LED lights and textured white wall paper were added above the bed, as well as a custom charging station for your Iphone! The bathroom has black and white accents, and a matte black and white theme in the shower, with a glass panel door. Lighting is also black with gold accents. 2 Fifth Avenue is a White Glove full Service building, with it's very own dry cleaners in the building lobby. The staff delivers all packages, laundry, and groceries to your door!

There is also a borrowing library, Health Club, Parking Garage, bike storage, storage cages, package room, Live in Resident Manager, Super, 24 hour Doorman/staff, and On-site Property Management Office. Washer/ dryers allowed in unit with additional laundry room in the basement. The building has very strong reserves. The hallways just under went a full renovation by Pembrooke and Ives in early 2020 (no assessment because of the strong reserves).

They also added added a brand new play center and Lounge for parties with a kitchen. The lobby is planned to be updated as well, with no assessment. Every Halloween and Holiday season there are catered dinners and events to bring the building community together.
