Overview of 21E12 at 21 East 12th Street

21E12 sits at 21 East 12th Street in the heart of historic Greenwich Village, and is nestled between two of New York's most loved parks: Washington Square and Union Square. Its central location provides convenient access to multiple neighborhoods in the city, and is nearby the year-round Greenmarket and iconic New York restaurants.

This 52-unit condominium was designed by renowned global architect Annabelle Selldorf, who is recognized for many notable projects throughout the city, including the Frick Collection, David Zwirner galleries, and multiple residential buildings. Her attention to detail can be found throughout the interior and exterior of the building. The building's two-story podium base, a rarity in the Village, allows for abundant natural light to flow into the homes.

Amenities and staff include a 24-hour attended lobby and concierge, live-in resident manager, fitness room, residents lounge with entertaining terrace and outdoor gas barbecue grill, children's playroom, and on-site parking access from within the building.
