Carter's Review

This handsome, 12-story residential condominium at 8 East 12th Street between Fifth Avenue and University Place in Greenwich Village was built in 1908 and has 11 full-floor apartments.

It was converted to a condominium in 1983.

It is on an attractive street off Fifth Avenue and across the street from the handsome, modern grey-brick building with brise de soleils and an angled glass marquee of the NYU School of Professional Studies.
