This 17-story, red-brick building at 105 West 13th Street on the northwest corner of the Avenue of the Americas was erected in 1961 and designed by George G. Miller, who also designed the Cambridge Apartments at 175 West 13th Street and the Beekman Hill Apartments at 321 East 50th Street.
It has 98 co-operative apartments and is known as Greenwich Towers.
It is convenient to numerous restaurants, good public transportation, the New School for Social Research and P.S. 41. It is three blocks north of the landmark Jefferson Market Courthouse Library building.
