Carter's Review
This rakishly angled 6-story building at 1 Seventh Avenue South is at the intersection of the avenue with Carmine and Clarkson Streets where it has a sharply angled corner that is highlighted by floor-to-ceiling windows on both sides of the 45 degree end of the building.
The façade of the building is faced with manganese ironspeck brick.
Rogers Marvel Architects has designed the building, which has only 4 apartments, which was scheduled for completion in September, 2007.
