Broker & Buyer Comments

This "well-maintained" residence boasts a "spacious, modern lobby" complemented by "attentive" door staff. The "prime location" just "steps from multiple subway lines" (6/R/W) makes for an enviable address. While the building maintains "selective" admission standards, residents appreciate the "professional management."
