University Mews was originally constructed as a printing factory in 1900 and converted to a cooperative in 1986. The building has 89 units, and residents enjoy 24-hour doorman service, the services of a full custodial staff, a full-time porter, and live-in superintendent, a recently updated laundry room, and landscaped and furnished roof deck.
