Carter's Review
This attractive 19-story residential condominium building at 111 Central Park North on the northwest corner of Lenox Avenue has 48 apartments.
It was designed by Hillier Architecture and SCLE Architects and developed by the Athena Group, which is headed by Louis M. Dubin, whose other projects have included 838 Fifth Avenue and 32 West 64th Street, both in Manhattan, and The Waverly Condominiums, in South Beach, Miami.
The blue-glass-clad building has many balconies and a 41-car garage and a 4,500-square-foot community facility and 8,721-square feet of retail space.
The tower is setback over a one-story base. It has a courtyard garden entrance with a revolving door entrance and the lobby has Pennsylvania stacked blue-stone walls.
It has a 24/7 lobby attendant, the Abigail Michaels concierge service, refrigerated food storage, a fitness center and a party room.
It is close to subways.
