"Harlem Sol 123 consists of two mid-block buildings at 121 and 123 West 131st Street in Harlem between Lenox Avenue and Adam Clayton Boulevard.

The one at 121 is a renovated brownstone and the other is a 6-story new structure.  The development, which was erected by David Oxley of the Design & Development Group of Long Island City, contains 12 units and was completed in 2012."
