Sales started in 2010 at the Parc Standard residential condominium at 2101 Frederick Douglass Boulevard in Harlem.
The 10-story, mid-block building, which is between 113th and 114th Streets has 28 apartments and was designed by Angelo Ng of the Architect's Studio with design collaboration by Gene Kaufman Architects.
The building was erected by Spyglass Development of which Anthony DiRusso and Robert Lappetito are the principals.
The building has a two-tone charcoal gray façade with the darker done at its base and the lighter one at the top, which has some balconies.
The lobby has a "faux-grass" flooring in front of the elevators and slate tile flooring and log seating "nooks" by the elevators.
The building has a roof deck with fireplace and gas barbecue, and a 24-hour virtual doorman. Apartments have stacked washer/dryer units.
Kitchens has stainless steel GE Profile appliances and Desert Sand and Expresso Stone breakfast bars and wood Oberflex cabinetry with Italian Glass Brick backsplashes and St Germain texture floor tiling.
Bathrooms have deep soaking tubs, Dom Ceramiche wall tiles,Total dual flush toilets, Caesar Stone countertops and Millagre flooring.
The building is one block to the east of Morningside Park.
