Carter’s Review

"Occupancy of this impressive, 12-story, red-brick residential condominium development at 380 Lenox Avenue began in the fall of 2006.

The development at 380 Lenox Avenue is a venture of Uptown Partners, of which Joseph H. Holland, a former New York State Commissioner of Housing, Starla Caldwell and her husband, Lewis Futterman, are principals."

The Langston is one of the largest buildings uptown with 12 floors and 77 wonderfully well appointed residences. Building amenities include 24-hour concierge, valet service, attended parking, and a private resident?s only state-of-the-art fitness facility.

No Board Approval.

Steps from the 2 or 3 subways - at (125th Street) and the A or D express trains - at (125th Street). Commute downtown to 59th Street and 42nd Street (Grand Central Station) in less than 15 minutes. Located near the historic Mount Morris Park District, Sylvia?s, Fairway, Spoon Bread Too, and Manna?s - experience uptown Harlem at its finest.
Poor finishes. Portion rented out mixing owners and tenants.
Nicve building as are amost of them that are being built now. But of course for those of us from Harlem myself that is. I grew up on Sugar Hill we had fabulous apts as did those who lived on Convent Ave. So Change is good. Just the attitudeo fo hey we are here 1 the new folks and we are saving the area is causing angst. By the way we live in Halrem not SOHA... Thanks Sybil Ward
