Carter's Review

This attractive, 11-story apartment building at 102 Bradhurst Avenue in Harlem was erected in 2007 and has 134 apartments.  It was designed by Magnus Magnusson.

The building is also known as 2771 Frederick Douglas Boulevard and 301 West 147th Street.

Some apartments have views of Yankee Stadium and Jackie Robinson Park.

Bottom Line

A handsome, 11-story residential building with a corner entrance marquee and a banded first floor, a fitness center, a garage and a full-time doorman.

Description

The handsome red and white building has a couple of setbacks, a banded one-story base, and a corner entrance marquee.  It has a nice cornice and discrete air-conditioning.

The building has a fitness center, a courtyard, a garage, storage and a bicycle room and a full-time doorman.

Apartments

Apartment 603 is a two-bedroom unit with an 8-foot-long entry foyer across from an 8-foot-wide, pass-through kitchen and a 12-foot-wide living room that opens onto a narrow, 37-foot-long terrace.

Apartment 505 is a two-bedroom unit with a long entrance gallery that las to a 12-foot-wide eat-in, pass-through kitchen next to a 16-foot-long living room.

Apartment 104 is a two-bedroom duplex with an 8-foot-long entry foyer on the first floor that leads to a 16-foot-long living area with a pass-through kitchen and a 12-foot-long den and the bedrooms and a 7-foot-long study on the second floor.

Apartment 809 is a two-bedroom unit with a long entry gallery that leads to a 22-foot-long living area with an open kitchen.

Apartment 1005 is a two-bedroom unit with a 22-foot-long living/dining room with an pass-through kitchen.
