This attractive, 28-story building at 10 Provost Street in the Powerhouse Arts district Jersey City was erected in 2018 by Toll Brothers City Living as part of its Provost Square Development.
It has 242 condominium apartments.
It was designed by HLW International.
It shares its block with The Morgan at Provost Square. a 38-story rental apartment building with 420 units that was completed in 2015.
It is also one block away from the Grove Street PATH station.
The development, which is bounded by Provost Square and Bay, Warren and Morgan streets, will have a 550-seat performance theater.

An attractive complex with a cobblestone plaza and many amenities in the Powerhouse Arts District of Jersey City.
Description
The building consists of an orange-brick-and glass tower and an attached, 7-story wing that projects from two sides of the tower. The low-rise wing has a brown cornice and a different fenestration pattern from the tower that has some corner windows and a protruding, five-story corner section of its façade.
The building has a large, landscaped plaza with a large cobblestone area, trees with seating planters, ramps and some stair entrances.
Amenities
The building has a concierge, 27,000 square feet of amenities including a sky lounge with roof terrace with a fire pit, billiards, a demonstration kitchen, and outdoor television, a 7th floor residents' lounge with a pool deck and a conference room, a fitness center, a yoga room, a screening room, a children's playroom and outdoor play area, a dog run and in-unit washers and dryers.

Apartment 2603 is a three-bedroom unit with 1,280 square feet.
Apartment 216 is a two-bedroom unit with 1,109 square feet.
Apartment 2207 is a one-bedroom unit with 640 square feet.
