This 79-story, mixed-use tower at 99 Hudson Street in Jersey City will be the tallest in New Jersey when completed in 2019.
It will have 781 condominium apartments, 15,000 square feet of retail space and 14,000 square feet of public space.
It is being developed by China Overseas America Inc.
Perkins Eastman is the architect.
The tower is between Hudson, Grand, York and Greene streets and is a block south of PATH’s Exchange Place station and a block from the waterfront.

Description
The limestone-clad building will have a 9-story retail base and an 887-foot-high tower with chamfered corners.
It has a broad, 4-step-up entrance beneath a large marquee to a double-height lobby.
It also has a drive-way entrance with a waterfall.
Amenities
The building will have an outdoor pool, a lawn, fire pits, barbecues, cabanas and a children’s playroom.

Apartment 50F is a two-bedroom unit with 1,285 square feet with a long entry foyer leading past an open kitchen with a breakfast bar to a 20-foot-long living room/
Apartment 50J is a two-bedroom unit with 1,117 square feet with an entry foyer next to an open kitchen with a breakfast bar that leads to a 20-foot-long living room.
