Carter’s Review

"This attractive, red-brick apartment building was erected in 1926 and converted to a cooperative in 1953.

The building has a canopied entrance but no doorman. It has a two-step-up entrance and inconsistent fenestration. It has a nice broken pediment entrance surround, three bandcourses and an interrupted balustraded roofline and nice window lintels."
