Carter's Review
This attractive, 13-story, white-brick apartment building was erected in 1964 and was converted to a cooperative in 1983. It has 66 units.
The mid-block building has a one-step-down, canopied entrance, discrete air-conditioners, some terraces and a part-time doorman. It has no garage, no balconies, no health club and no roof deck.
This area of the Upper East Side is very popular because of the many handsome "luxury" apartment towers along Third Avenue, attractive sidestreets and its closeness to the Midtown Office District.
Although there is considerable traffic on the avenues, the sidestreets are quiet and there are many restaurants, religious institutions and clubs in the neighborhood.
