Review of 300 East 74th Street by Carter Horsley

This 36-story building located close to the center of the Upper East Side was erected in 1967 and converted to a cooperative in 1982. It has 233 apartments. The building has corner balconies as well as many bay windows. It has a concierge, doorman, garage and a large, attractive lobby. The tower, which has many good views, is close to many interesting restaurants and only two blocks north of crosstown bus service. It is convenient to good neighborhood shopping and not too far from a local subway station at Lexington Avenue and 77th Street.
