Carter's Review

The 18-story residential condominium building at 300 East 79th Street on the southeast corner at Second Avenue was developed by 1510 Second Avenue LLC, of which Meyer Chetrit is a principal.

The building was designed by H. Thomas O’Hara and has 40 apartments.

His other projects include Sutton 57, the Aurora and the Chartwell House at 1760 Second Avenue. He is also the architect for Jonis Realty’s condo apartment building at 45 East 29th Street and the Verde Chelsea at 125th West 22nd Street.

Jack Levy Design LLC did the interior design.

It was completed in 2008.
