Review of 330 East 79th Street by Carter Horsley

This pleasant, 10-story apartment building was erected in 1941 and converted to a cooperative in 1992. It has 69 apartments.

The red-brick building has attractive sidewalk landscaping, some angled windows and consistent fenestration. The doorman building has an automatic door entrance and a small marble lobby. Its roofline has a nice, slight peak.

This area of the Upper East Side has with many restaurants and good neighborhood shopping nearby. There is good cross-town bus service on 79th Street, but the closest subway station is at Lexington Avenue and 77th Street.
