Carter’s Review

"This pleasant, 11-story, red-brick building was erected in 1983. It is a condominium and has 22 apartments.

This building, which has three exposed rooftop watertanks, has a canopied entrance with a doorman and its avenue corner is angled with windows above the first floor. It has discrete air-conditioners and balconies, but no health club, no sidewalk landscaping and no garage."
