Carter's Review

This elegant and handsome apartment building was erected in 1924 and designed by Rouse & Goldstone whose other major buildings include 1107 Fifth Avenue and 755, 760, 815 Park Avenue and 850 Park Avenue. 

The 12-story, mid-block building between 69th and 70th streets has 29 co-operative apartments.

Bottom Line

This very attractive, pre-war apartment building has a great Upper East Side location close to many restaurants, a subway station, the Corrado Bread & Pastry café, and Garnet Liquors.
