The Arcadia is located near First Avenue on the south side of 79th Street a stone?s throw from Agata and Valentina and is zoned for PS 158. This is one of those buildings where residents will sell a 2 bedroom and buy a 3 bedroom and have a strong desire to stay in the building. The staff is uncommonly professional and efficient which is nice. And if you have a northern exposure you can enjoy the magnificent architecture of St. Monica?s Church across the street. It is also safe to say that your views will be protected as no one is tearing down churches these days.
