Carter’s Review

"This attractive, 20-story, white-brick apartment house was erected in 1963 and converted to a cooperative in 1994.

The mid-block building has a handsome, one-story polished black granite base and sidewalk landscaping. The doorman building has a canopied entrance, discrete air-conditioners and angled bay windows at it stop. It has no garage and no health club."

Sponsor owns 59% of units!!! NO LEND LIST FOR ALL BANKS
This building has over 50% sponsor units owned as of 2010. The head of the board is questionable & mortgages are impossible.
Building does not allow pets.
The board is awful. Too many sponsor units. It took over 7 months to
close on our apartment because of the board and its demands.
