Review of 220 East 60th Street by Carter Horsley

This attractive, 12-story apartment building was erected in 1964 and has 138 condominium units.

The red-brick building is set back in a small, sunken plaza and has very handsome retail spaces. It is just to the west of the All Souls Episcopal Church. It has some bay windows, some terraces, a doorman, a roof deck and a garage, but no balconies and no health club.

It is very convenient to midtown and many stores and restaurants and there is good public transportation.
