Broker & Buyer Comments

Please note that these comments have not been reviewed or confirmed by CityRealty and may be old, incomplete or otherwise inaccurate. Be sure to consult with a qualified real estate specialist for up-to-date information.

It`s a white brick, postwar building with a full time staff and basement laundry and a garage. The daytime doorman is a contractor; he does a lot of renovations in apartments.

Reasonable board only requires 20% down payment and there is no flip tax. There`s a normal application with nothing unusual. Pets permitted.

Because the building is in the PS 158 school district the building has a lot of families with young children. It is also not far from Carl Schurz Park and the East River promenade. The closest subway is 3 blocks away at Lexington Avenue & 77th Street; the up & downtown bus runs on 1st Avenue. There are many reasonable restaurants in the area.
