Carter’s Review

"This rather robust, 20-story full-service building in Lenox Hill abounds in attractive balconies and large picture windows that face south. The 204-unit structure was erected in 1963 and converted to a cooperative in 1984. It has an unusual massing with a recessed wing and a taller tower that has setbacks at its top. Amenities include a roof deck, storage, bike room, and a doorman. It is pet-friendly.

The lively neighborhood has convenient shopping, many restaurants, and a small attractive park a couple of blocks away to the east. The Q and 6 trains are several blocks away. The area has been steadily improving since Sotheby's, the auction house, moved from Madison Avenue to York Avenue and 72nd Street. "
