Carter Horsley's Review of The Bryn Mawr

Carter Horsley's Building Review
"This large, 14-story, pale orange-brick apartment building was erected in 1965 and was converted to a cooperative in 1980. It has 191 units.

It is near St. Catherine's Park on the west side of First Avenue between 67th and 68th Street and half a block away from the very handsome St. John of Nepomucene Roman Catholic Church on First Avenue." Read Carter's Full Review
