Carter’s Review

"This 14-story apartment building was erected in 1961. It is a condominium and has 88 apartments.

This is a very dense and active area of the Upper East Side with heavy traffic heading south on Second Avenue to the Queensborough Bridge at 59th Street. With the rebuilding of Third Avenue with many luxury apartment towers, however, the area has gained in popularity and has many neighborhood services and a lively ambiance. There is good cross-town bus service on 67th Street. A subway is at Lexington Avenue and 67th Street."
