This 6-story, limestone-clad apartment building 227 East 67th Street has five condominium apartments and will open in 2016.

It was developed Michael Paul Enterprises and designed by Damir Sehic and C3D Architecture.

Bottom Line

An elegant, 6-story, mid-block, limestone-clad apartment building with five apartments in the heart of the Upper East Side.

Description

The building has deeply inset, eight-paned windows, a three-banded cornice, ground floor lighting sconces, and sidewalk landscaping. It has a lobby with marble floors, Venetian plaster walls and recessed lighting.

Amenities

The building has a doorman, a gym, storage, an elevator, a roof deck, in-unit washers and dryers and it allows pets.

Apartments

The maisonette is a four-bedroom triplex unit with 3,503 square feet of interior space and 721 square feet of exterior space, 4-inch wide white oak flooring, an in-unit GE washer and dryer, radiant heated bathroom floors and a keyed elevator entrance.  It has an entry foyer that leads to a 17-foot-wide, open kitchen with a Sub-Zero refrigerator, a Wolf dual fuel range and hood, and a Miele dishwasher next to a 26-foot-wide living room with a coffered ceiling that opens onto a large garden and it also has stairs that lead down to a 14-foot-long recreation room and patio.  The upper floor has three bedrooms.

Apartment 3 is a two-bedroom unit with 1,927 square feet of interior space and 87 square feet of exterior space.  It has an entry foyer across from the 12-foot-wide, open kitchen that is next to the 25-oot-long living room with a 13-foot-wide balcony.  The unit also has a 10-foot-wide home office.
