between Lexington Avenue & Third Avenue View Full Building Profile

Review of 155 East 76th Street by Carter Horsley

This attractive, 13-story, mid-block apartment building was erected in 1958. It is a cooperative and has 120 apartments.

This beige and brown brick building has nice sidewalk landscaping and many bay windows. It is on a very good block that has two major luxury apartment houses and the very handsome St. Jean Baptiste Roman Catholic Church.

It is very close to Lenox Hill Hospital and the 77th Street subway station on Lexington Avenue. There are many restaurants and boutiques in this neighborhood.

The building has a canopied, paneled entrance with a nice side reception area. It has a doorman, a garage, sun deck, discrete air-conditioners and basement storage.
