Carter's Review
This attractive, clean-cut, 31-story condominium apartment tower at 300 East 77th Street on the southeast corner at Second Avenue was completed in 2001 and has 90 units. It is known as the Seville and also has a 1470 Second Avenue address.
It was developed by RFR Holding LLC and Davis & Partners LLC and designed by Robert A. M. Stern.
RFR Davis was founded by Trevor Davis, Aby Rosen and Michael Fuchs and in addition to the Seville, they developed the Impala and the Empire residential towers on the Upper East Side and 425 Fifth Avenue in midtown.
Bottom Line
This handsome building is in a lively section of the Upper East Side with many nearby restaurants. It is not far from good public transportation.

The lower two floors of the six-story base are clad in limestone and the base is chamfered at the corner. The center portions of the street-facing façades are framed very handsomely with black, angled piers with thin slightly protruding limestone spandrels every three floors.

The building, which has discrete air-conditioners, has more than 19,000-square feet of retail space.
Amenities
The building has 24-hour doorman service, a 96-car garage, a roof deck, a health club with a swimming pool, a children’s playroom, basement storage, a wine cellar and a business center.
There are laundries on each floor.
It has no balconies and is pet-friendly.
