Carter’s Review

"18-story, red-brick building with a low-rise wing on the sidestreet is located close to the center of the Upper East Side. It was erected in 1962 and converted to a cooperative in 1986 with 283 apartments. The building has many balconies along Second Avenue and some terrraces and a few bay windows on its upper floors. It has a concierge, doorman, garage and a large, attractive lobby. The building has a large supermarket as a retail tenant and is close to many interesting and charming restaurants and one block south of crosstown bus service. It is convenient to good neighborhood shopping and not too far from a local subway station at Lexington Avenue and 67th Street."

Sales History

Price/Room (Est)

Why are we displaying the estimated price per room?

For some co-ops, instead of price per square foot, we use an estimate of the number of rooms for each sold apartment to chart price changes over time. This is because many co-op listings do not include square footage information, and this makes it challenging to calculate accurate square-foot averages.

By displaying the price per estimated room count, we are able to provide a more reliable and consistent metric for comparing sales in the building. While we hope that this gives you a clearer sense of price trends in the building, all data should be independently verified. All data provided are only estimates and should not be used to make any purchase or sale decision.
