Overview of 10 West End Avenue

10 West End Avenue is a sleek, 33-story tower in the Upper West Side that opened in 2007.

Its 173 apartments offer knockout views through floor to-ceiling windows that are enhanced by 10- and 11-foot ceilings. The interiors of the three- and four-bedroom units were designed by Nick Dine; kitchens feature modern appliances and custom cabinetry with etched-glass doors; master baths have walnut vanities and top-of-the-line fixtures and finishes. Many apartments have terraces or balconies.

10 West End Avenue amenities include on-premises valet parking and a huge, 2,300-square-foot fitness center that has a separate, glass enclosed 50-foot pool designed by fitness expert Ari Teller. It is situated just north of Midtown and is near the Hudson River and shops and restaurants in the Time Warner Center.

Carter’s Review

"10 West End Avenue is an attractive, 31-story, reflective-glass, residential condominium tower that occupies the full blockfront on the avenue between 59th and 60th streets.

It is somewhat similar to the Element, a 35-story reflective-glass residential condominium tower at 555 West 59th Street except that 10 West End Avenue is symmetrical while the Element is asymmetrical.  Both buildings have many balconies and each designed by SLCE."
