Carter’s Review

"Park Millennium is the name of the residential condominium section of the impressive, 545-foot-high, mixed-use tower that occupies the full block bounded by Broadway, Columbus Avenue and 67th and 68th Streets.

The building was originally called Millennium Tower. It was developed by Millennium Partners and completed in 1994. "

Broker & Buyer Comments

This "first class" luxury condominium towers over Lincoln Center with "spectacular views" of Central Park and the Hudson River. The 1994-built residence offers "floor-to-ceiling windows," gourmet kitchens and the convenience of an in-building Reebok Sports Club. The "friendly" staff provides 24-hour doorman and concierge service, while the roof deck adds to the appeal. Its prime Upper West Side location puts residents "steps" from Lincoln Center's cultural offerings, Time Warner Center shopping and "great neighborhood dining." A popular choice for those seeking to avoid "heavy in co-ops" area's board processes, this "A+ building" delivers "amazing" city living.
