Carter's Review

This 11-story apartment building was erected in 2019 at 25-24 Jackson Avenue between Court Square and 44th Drive in Long Island City by Zhidong Wu and designed by MY Architect PC.  

The building has 58 condominium apartments. 

It has a prime location very close to the prime skyscrapers of Long Island City. 

It replaced a two-story building. 

It has about 5,000 square feet of commercial space on the ground floor. 

The Court Square subway station is across the street.

Bottom Line

A squat mid-rise condominium apartment building with an abundance of Smart-Home features, 10-foot-high ceilings, and good public transportation in the midst of two very large Long Island City towers.

A mid-rise, glass condominium building at Court Square in Long Island City with many smart-home features and bicycle storage.

Amenities

The building has a fitness center, a children's playroom, a bicycle room, a recreation room on the 11th floor and a part-time doorman.  Pets are allowed.
