Carter's Review

This attractive, 9-story building at 42-50 27th Street between 42nd Road and 43rd Avenue in the Hunters Point section of Long Island City was erected in 2017 and has 32 condominium apartments.

It was developed by Ampiera Group LLC.

My Architect was the designer.

The site was formerly an automobile repair shop.
