Avalon Riverview is a 32-story rental tower at 2-01 50th Avenue in the Queens West development at Hunters Point section of Long Island City.

It was built in 2001 by AvalonBay Communities and designed by Perkins Eastman Architects, whose other New York City projects include the TKTS booth in Times Square,303  East 33rd Street in Kips Bay, the Liberty Green and Liberty Luxe in Battery Park City, the Kimpton Eventi Hotel and Beatrice Residences at 835 Sixth Avenue in Chelsea, the Centria at 18 West 48th Street, 15 Union Square West, the James Hotel in Lower Manhattan, and 220 Water Street in Dumbo, Brooklyn.

It has 372 apartments.

Bottom Line

A rental apartment tower with great views of Manhattan and many corner and bay windows and nice amenities.

Description
