This low-rise building at 10-40 46th Road in Long Island City, Queens, is known as Casa Vizcaya. 

The five-story building was completed in 2009 and has 24 condominium apartments. It is across the street from the Empire City Iron Works.

It was developed by Eastview Condo LLC, of which Henry Khanali is a partner.

It was designed by David Howell.

A pleasant, low-rise building with a roof deck, a garage and a fitness center in Long Island City.

Description

The building has a two-story rusticated base and the third floor is faced with brown brick and the top floors are faced with beige brick. 

The building has discrete air-conditioners and has no sidewalk landscaping. 

The building has an entrance marquee and some attractive balconies.

Amenities

The building has a roof deck, a fitness center, a landscaped courtyard, storage and a garage.

Apartments

Apartments have open kitchens with oak veneer cabinetry, Sub-Zero refrigerators, stained bamboo flooring and washers and dryers. 

Some apartments have gas fireplaces.  

Penthouse A is a two-bedroom unit with 1,595 square feet, a pass-through kitchen and a six-sided terrace. 

Penthouse C is a two-bedroom unit with 1,320 square feet, a pass-through kitchen and a three-sided terrace. 

Penthouse B is a two-bedroom unit with 1,209 square feet, a pass-through kitchen and a six-sided terrace. 

Apartment 2B is a two-bedroom unit with a small terrace and a pass-through kitchen. 

Apartment 3A is a two-bedroom unit with an entry foyer that leads to an 18-foot-long angled living room with a 14-foot-wide angled terrace and a 10-foot-long pass-through kitchen.
