Carter's Review

This handsome, 8-story, mid-block building at 21-30 44th Drive in the Court Square section of Long Island City was built in 2019 and has 85 condominium apartments. 

Dieguez Fridman and Beyer Blinder Belle are the architects. 

CBSK Ironstate is the developer.

Bottom Line

A striking and sleek, modern, mid-rise glass apartment building with numerous setbacks and cantilevered "boxes," some of which have angled sides.
