Carter's Review
The five-story, mid-block building at 5-27 51st Avenue in Long Island City, Queens, is one of the handsomest low-rise residential buildings in the city.
It was designed by Fogarty Finger, of which Chris Fogarty is a founding partner, with Robert Finger serving as the director of interiors. Both architects formerly worked for Skidmore, Owings & Merrill.
It was built in 2013 by Shuster Development, whose other buildings in the neighborhood include One Murray Park, The Badge and Ten63.
The red-brick building contains 27 condominium apartments.
