Jackson Park

Complex located in Long Island City

Jackson Park is a three-building, 1,871-unit rental complex in the heart of Long Island City near the Queens Plaza and Queensboro Plaza transportation hubs. The complex was developed by Tishman Speyer, designed by Hill West Architects, and opened in 2018.

All units feature floor-to-ceiling windows, interiors by Clodagh Design, LED lighting, central heating and air conditioning, and in-unit laundry. Kitchens come outfitted with Caesarstone countertops and Energy Star appliances.

The buildings of Jackson Park surround a 1.6-acre private park with a dog run, children's play area, grilling stations, outdoor table tennis, bocce court, and sun terrace. The Club at Jackson Park is a five-story, 45,000-square-foot collection of amenities that includes a fitness center by The Wright Fit, a private dining room with demonstration kitchen, game rooms, golf simulator, and full-sized sports courts. Each building is topped with a roof deck offering jaw-dropping Manhattan skyline views.
