Carter's Review

This 17-story building at 23-10 41st Street in Long Island City was erected in 2013 and has 117 rental apartments.

It was built by Queensboro Development and designed by Karl Fischer.

Bottom Line

A pleasant mid-rise tower on a four-story base with a lot of balconies.

Description

The building has a four-story base with gray brick piers and chamfered corner windows beneath a set-back tower with black piers and chamfered corner windows and lots of balconies and two symmetrical setbacks at its top.

It has a dramatic two-story lobby with a black bay that projects outward dramatically from the elevator hall to the white lobby.

Amenities

It has a residents’ lounge, a virtual doorman, a bicycle storage, and some LED motion-activated light fixtures in some of the public corridors.
