This attractive, 9-story, red-brick building at 41-07 Crescent Street at 41st Avenue in Long Island City was erected in 2016 and has 48 rental apartments. It is known as The Baker House because it is located on the original site of the Bakers Union Local 3.
It was developed by Ranger Properties and designed by Fogarty Finger Architects.
It is a block away from the Queensboro Plaza elevated subway station.

Description
Above a dark ground-floor façade, this building’s red-brick façade has a complex and attractive fenestration pattern. The 4th and 5th floors have some thin windows adjoining the corner windows and the center of the end façade has a thin window in its center.
Windows are multi-paned and the building has discrete air-conditioners.
It has a recessed entry with an entrance marquee and sidewalk landscaping.
