Bottom Line

A simple but attractive gray-brick condominium close to the Vernon Boulevard/Jackson Avenue in the Hunters Point section of Long Island City.

Description

The gray-brick building has some corner balconies, a double-height corner lobby and a 216-square-foot retail unit.

The top floor is setback at the corners.

Amenities

The building has a gym, a residents’ lounge, a virtual doorman, a roof deck, a bicycle room and storage.
