It is known as Tower 28 and was designed by Hill West for Heatherwood Communities that erected a similar but shorter tower in 2013 nearby known as 27 on 27th.
It is two blocks from the Queensboro Plaza N, W and 7 subway station.
Bottom Line
When it was completed, this tower was the tallest residential building in the city’s outer boroughs.

This tower is 647 feet tall with two setbacks and an alternating mullion pattern over a low-rise base.
