This handsome, 8-story rental apartment building at 10 Rutgers Street at East Broadway in the Two Bridges section of the Lower East Side was erected in 2001 and has 83 units.

It was developed by Rutgers/East Broadway Associates LLC of which Alan Bell is a principal.

SLCE was the architect.

The building is called The Crossroads and is also known as 155-161 East Broadway and is very near a F subway station.

Much of the ground floor is given over to retail space.
