Carter's Review

This very attractive, 7-story apartment building at 204 Forsyth Street just south of East Houston Street on the Lower East Side fronts on Sara Roosevelt Park.

It has 11 condominium apartments.

The developer of the building is Charles Saulson.

Z Architecture is the architect. Paris Forino is the interior designer.

Bottom Line

On the site of the former Nativity Mission School, this modest but quite handsome apartment building has attractive multi-pane windows and an entrance marquee

The fenestration of the beige-brick façade is slightly indented and has a partial setback on the top floor.

The building has an entrance marquee and very attractive bathrooms with striped flooring.
