Carter's Review
DHA Capital LLC, which Dan Hollander is managing principal, acquired the development site for a very handsome, 7-story building with 37 condominium apartments at 50 Clinton Street on the Lower East Side between Stanton and Riverton Streets for $28 million in the fall of 2014.
DHA Capital’s other projects in the city include 12 East 13th Street and 535 West 43rd Street.
Isaac & Stern is the architect and Paris Farino is the designer.
The site was formerly occupied by a one-story building that housed WD-50, a popular restaurant run by Wylie Duffresne.
Completion is expected in 2016.
